Client Consultation

1 to 2 hours 

On-site meeting to get a full understanding of your project, take necessary measurements and photos, talk about your style, what you want your space to look and feel like, and how you and your family go about your daily life.  

Online or phone consultations can be arranged if you are in a remote location (locations within 20 km of Studio)

Ideas: Feel free to bring any clippings, hand drawings, flooring samples, website links, or any information at all that will help us understand what you want to achieve from your project. If you don’t have any ideas, don’t worry, that’s what we are here to help you with.

Budget: You should also come to the meeting with an idea of your overall project budget, this is an important factor and can save a lot of time if our team know what options to seek out and put forward to you

This meeting will assist in the development of your design in preparation for Concepts and Plans 

Consultation Fee: $220

Mood /Materials Board

Digital Board with images of suggested materials, fixtures and finishes 

Spacial Floor Plan and Elevations

To develop the design footprint and 

planning the best layout of your space (kitchen, bathroom or laundry)

3D Renders to aid visualizing the completed room.

Images are the best way to convey the colour schemes, materials and the overall aesthetic of the design concept.  

Images are rendered to produce a photo like appearance.

Concept Documents are all presented as an emailed A3 Document

Design Fee: $1500

included up to 22 hours - additional hours charged @ $75 per hour

Additional rooms quoted on room sizes and documentation required.

Client Consultation

Consultation to develop Concept Design and make any necessary  changes.

Design Development 

Further refine the Initial Concept to a design with critical measurements of selected materials and appliances/products to achieve the designs goals.

Plans as required

Final working drawing to show critical measurements and clearances

including:

- Floor Plan

- Elevations

- Sections as needed

- Mechanical Plan

- Lighting Plan

- Joinery Detail (where applicable)

Electrical and Lighting Consultation

to revise power points and all task, mood and ambient lighting and other electrical requirements.

Finishes Schedule

Images of finishes and materials of 

selected appliances, materials and products with codes and model numbers for referencing and ordering.

Shopping for Selections and Materials

This is definitely a popular service where together we can visit suppliers and stores to choose your materials, appliances or products such as tiles and grouts, tap wear, sinks and accessories such as towel rails, as well as cabinetry materials and benchtops and kitchen appliances.

I can arrange for samples to be taken home to ensure your choices are suitable, practicle and aesthetically beautiful

$200 for first 3 hours 

$400 for full day up to 7 hours

Design Fee approx $500 depending on complexity of design involved- all presented as an emailed A3 Document

Home Styling/ Style to Sell Package

Customised to suit your personal requirements and needs. By expertly adding warmth, layers, textures and injecting your personality I will turn your house into a home you will love.

- Work on the layout of furniture for better flow and  functionality

- Use your own furniture and decor items 

- Shop for additional items if required

- Declutter and maximise selling potential
